**Position: Assistant to Immigration Advisor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle client inquiries with professionalism and provide excellent customer service.
- Communicate with clients and ensure timely updates regarding their immigration matters.
- Support the team in administrative tasks related to immigration services.

**Key Requirements**:

- Qualification/work experience: A diploma or equivalent or at least one year of relevant experience,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in customer service or immigration services is a plus but not mandatory - training will be provided.
- A proactive attitude and a passion for helping others.
