**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery** procedures (e.g., rhinoplasty, liposuction, facelifts, breast augmentation, scar revision, etc.).
- Consult with patients to understand their aesthetic goals and medical needs.
- Develop personalized **treatment plans** and educate patients about surgical options, risks, and recovery.
- Ensure **patient safety** and maintain high surgical standards.
- Collaborate with other medical professionals, including dermatologists and anesthesiologists.
- Stay updated on **advancements in plastic surgery** and incorporate best practices.
- Maintain proper **medical documentation** and comply with clinic regulations.

**Requirements**:

- **Medical Degree (MBBS/MD) and specialization in Plastic Surgery** (MS/MCh or equivalent).
- **Board certification** in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.
- Valid **medical license** to practice in [Specify Location].
- Minimum **[X] years of experience** in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.
- Strong **surgical skills, attention to detail, and artistic sense**.
- Excellent **communication and patient care** skills.
- Ability to work in a **team-oriented environment**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with **non-surgical aesthetic procedures** (Botox, fillers, laser treatments, etc.).
- Published research or training in **advanced plastic surgery techniques**.
- Membership in relevant **professional organizations**.
