We are looking for a proactive and student-focused **Academic Advisor** to guide students in academic planning, course selection, and career decisions. The role also involves converting inquiries into successful admissions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Advise students on academic programs and career paths.
- Convert leads into confirmed admissions.
- Support students through admission, registration, and onboarding.
- Track student progress and provide solutions to academic challenges.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Coordinate with faculty and support teams for student success.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or related field.
- Excellent communication and counseling skills.
- Prior experience in academic advising or admissions is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or academic systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
