IT Systems Administrator

Skills Required:
- Strong experience with Zerto Backup, LTR management, and disaster recovery solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of network remediation and security practices.
- Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools like CyberArc, Beyond Trust and Manage Engine PAM360
- Proficient in Active Directory administration, DNS management, and configuration.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of IT compliance standards and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Zerto Certified Professional, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, or equivalent are preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Zerto Backup and Long-Term Retention solutions.
- Test and validate backup and recovery processes regularly.
- Develop and implement comprehensive backup strategies.
- Perform network remediation to address security vulnerabilities.
- Implement and manage Privileged Access Management.
- Administer Active Directory, DNS, and GPO configurations.
- Document IT procedures and maintain configuration records.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with teams to support IT projects and initiatives.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal users.
Night shift timings 5:30 PM IST to 1:30 AM IST
