**Responsibilities**:

- Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients' skincare needs, concerns, and aesthetic goals.
- Aesthetics Procedures: Perform a variety of aesthetics procedures such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and facial treatments to address clients' skincare issues.
- Laser Treatments: Administer laser therapies for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation correction, and other dermatological conditions.
- Customized Treatment Plans: Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual skin types, concerns, and desired outcomes.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about skincare products, treatments, and technologies to recommend appropriate homecare regimens to clients.
- Client Education: Educate clients on skincare best practices, post-procedure care, and lifestyle choices that impact skin health.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms, equipment, and workspaces.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough client records, documenting procedures, product usage, and treatment outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Diploma or certification in Aesthetics, Skincare Therapy, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Skin Therapist with a focus on aesthetics procedures and laser treatments.
- Laser Certification: Certification in laser treatments and experience with laser devices.
- Client-Focused: A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other skincare professionals.
