We are seeking a dynamic and motivated **Sales Executive cum Telecaller** to join our growing team. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, driving sales, and managing customer relationships, while also handling telemarketing activities to ensure the success of our campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Executive Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business and meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Negotiate contracts, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional offers and campaigns.
- Keep track of sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Telecaller Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential customers, introducing products/services and promoting offers.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Provide accurate information to customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and customers to ensure continued interest and engagement.
- Contribute to the development of effective calling scripts and promotional materials.
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing role (B2B/B2C).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone presence.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for driving business growth.
