**Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)**

**1. Outsourcing New Artists**:

- Research and onboard new talent based on client requirements and market trends.
- Build a database of versatile artists across genres and categories.
- Maintain strong industry relationships to secure exclusive deals and availability.
- Assess artists’ portfolios and ensure they meet the quality standards and expectations.

2. **Coordinating Artist Events and Logistics**:

- Plan and manage all artist-related logistics, including travel, accommodation, technical riders, and performance schedules.
- Serve as the primary liaison between artists and clients to ensure clear communication.
- Oversee the execution of contracts, ensuring terms are met by both parties.
- Ensure smooth on-ground coordination during events, resolving last-minute issues promptly.

**3. Maintaining Internal Sheets and Records**:

- Create and regularly update artist databases, including rates, availability, and performance feedback.
- Maintain detailed records of client briefs, event requirements, and deliverables.
- Track budgets, invoices, and payments for all artist bookings.
- Develop reports summarizing event performance and artist reviews for internal use.

Must have own Laptop

Working Days - Monday to Saturday

Office Time - 10.30am to 7.30pm

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
