
Branch Operation Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: Operations & Administration**:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including student registration, attendance tracking, and document management.
- Ensure timely scheduling of classes, faculty coordination, and classroom readiness.
- Maintain student records, certificates, and feedback forms accurately.
- Manage inventory and procurement of training materials and office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide support during student onboarding, exams, and certification processes.
**Customer Service & Front Desk**:
- Counsel potential students on available courses and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Resolve student issues or escalate to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the branch.
**Coordination & Support**:
- Coordinate with trainers, technical staff, and other internal teams for smooth delivery of training programs.
- Assist in organizing events, workshops, and seminars.
- Support marketing and promotional activities within the branch.
- Prepare regular reports on center performance, student satisfaction, and operational metrics.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations or administration, preferably in an educational or training setup.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of IT and familiarity with training/certification programs (preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and student management systems.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹9,171.70 - ₹23,037.56 per month
