**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, lead generation, or feedback collection.
- Maintain a polite and professional tone on calls at all times.
- Update and manage customer information in the database.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Record call details and prepare reports on daily activities.
- Meet targets set for number of calls, leads, or conversions.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal communication (in required languages)
- Active listening and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Calm and composed approach under pressure

Pay: ₹10,204.12 - ₹15,964.39 per month

Schedule:
