**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare Beverages**: Expertly craft coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to order, following recipes and customer preferences.
- **Customer Service**: Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and ensure a positive guest experience.
- **Operate Equipment**: Use and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Keep the workspace, equipment, and seating area clean and organized throughout the day.
- **Stock Management**: Replenish supplies, monitor inventory, and notify the manager of low stock or equipment needs.
- **Upsell Products**: Recommend menu items, specials, and food pairings to customers.
- **Cash Handling**: Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash or card payments.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to health, safety, and food hygiene standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Prior barista experience is needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brews and techniques.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
