**Responsibilities**:

- **Proven Experience**: Must have at least 2 years of professional video editing experience, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating reels and YouTube videos.
- **Technical Skills**: Advanced proficiency in either DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro. Knowledge of additional software like After Effects or Audition is a plus.
- **Creative Eye**: Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail, from transitions to color grading.
- **Time Management**: Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple video projects at once.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and follow project briefs.
- **Self-Starter**: Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while also being a team player.
