Job Title: Fashion Designer - Men's Bottom Wear

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Development**: Create original designs for men's bottom wear, including sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes.
- **Trend Analysis**: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, fabrics, and consumer preferences.
- **Fabric Selection**: Choose appropriate fabrics, trims, and materials for each design, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- **Sample Production**: Oversee the production of samples, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other designers, product developers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive collections.
- **Fittings and Adjustments**: Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments to designs to ensure the best fit and overall look.
- **Presentation**: Present design concepts and collections to company executives and stakeholders for approval and feedback.
- **Production Oversight**: Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and production teams to ensure designs are accurately and efficiently produced.
- **Innovation**: Continuously seek new ideas and techniques to enhance the design process and product offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing men's bottom wear or similar garments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design capabilities and creativity.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
- Excellent sketching and illustration skills.
- Knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, and fabric properties.
- Strong understanding of current fashion trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Innovative and creative thinking.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in têxtile and fabric selection.
- Understanding of sustainable fashion practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
