**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the R2R team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee the general ledger accounting process and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on complex accounting issues.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports for management.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address any financial concerns.

**Qualifications**
- Must have strong experience in Finance-Record to Report (GL).
- Nice to have experience in Record to Report-Accounting Finance & Accounting.
- Must possess excellent English language skills (Read/Write Speak).
- Must have the ability to work in a rotational shift model.
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Must have proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Must have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Must have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Must have a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

**Certifications Required**

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
