PMO services for a global Client in commercial real estate.

Assists the team to deliver best practice procurement and supply chain solutions supported by the key principles of responsible /ethical procurement practices, service excellence tools and industry best practice.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Assists the prequalification management via standard selection questionnaire process.
- Drafts tender documents and management of the evaluation process with internal stakeholders.
- Assists in the development of procurement strategies if requested and client advisory services on procurement and supply chain delivery.
- Provides support and coordination relative to the reporting requirements of the project including various briefing notes as necessary.
- Assists and ensures that the procurement rules and procedures are followed through all procurement activities.
- Develops working relationships with a range of senior stakeholders.
- Works with team members providing operational delivery of team/regional strategy.
- Responsible for supporting (area/team), using basic/established technical capabilities.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You’ll need to have:

- Bachelor's degree in civil.
- Experience of leading a project of a similar nature.
