**Job Description**:
As an Educational Counselor at Sourav Sir's Classes, you will play a crucial role in shaping the academic journeys of our students. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to students and their parents in making informed decisions about their education. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Conducting one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their goals, strengths, and areas for improvement.

2.Providing personalized academic and career advice based on students' aspirations and abilities.

3.Assisting students in selecting appropriate courses, study materials, and resources.

4.Monitoring students' progress and offering ongoing support to help them achieve their academic objectives.

5. Collaborating with teachers and staff to create a conducive learning environment.

6.Keeping up-to-date with educational trends and resources to better assist students.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.

2.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3.Knowledge of educational systems and resources.

4. Empathy and a genuine desire to help students succeed.

5.Previous counseling or teaching experience is a plus.
