**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Order Management**:

- Posting and processing of all pending sales orders in the system accurately and timely.
- Update and monitor dispatch schedules to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Coordinate and follow up on replacement orders and ensure customer satisfaction.

**2. Sales Team Coordination**:

- Act as the central point of contact for the sales team for order-related queries.
- Share regular updates on pending orders, dispatch status, and any order discrepancies.
- Provide support to the sales team for documentation, quotations, or follow-ups.

**3. Stock & Inventory Management**:

- Maintain updated records of stock levels.
- Notify relevant departments and sales team in case of low stock or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for smooth inventory movement.

**4. Customer Support**:

- Attend and respond to incoming customer and client calls professionally.
- Address order-related inquiries, complaints, or issues and escalate when necessary.

**5. Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on orders, dispatch, and stock.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions for auditing and tracking.

**6. Process Improvement**:

- Identify gaps in the current workflow and propose solutions for better efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry to support forecasting and planning.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,631.03 per month
