**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions, details, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
- Resolve customer concerns politely and professionally.
- Update CRM/Database with lead information and status.
- Work closely with the sales/marketing team to improve lead conversion.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: graduate preferred.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
