Good experience working on Contract, Contract to Hire
- Excellent understating of IT Skills, Technologies and Sales.
- Should have hands on exposure working on job boards such as Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn other headhunting techniques.
- Timely submission of resumes as per the position budget and negotiating finalizing salary accordingly.
- Should maintain and update all MIS related to recruitment.
- Ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met as mutually agreed with TL/Manager.
- Should be smart aggressive with solid negotiation and closing skills.
