Waiter/server

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a skilled and friendly **Waiter/Server** to join our team. You will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring our guests receive outstanding service from the moment they enter until their last bite. A great server is attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering an exceptional dining experience every time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information on dishes and specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly handle any concerns
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Process guest payments using POS systems
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a waiter/server in a restaurant or hotel (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Basic knowledge of food and beverages
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
- A team player with a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus

Pay: ₹8,445.93 - ₹12,000.00 per month
