At Wifi Dabba (YC W17), we are building a low cost, scalable & distributed Wi-Fi infrastructure to connect next billion users online. We do this by deploying a grid of lasers (Free Space Optics) over the cities & town and bring cheap and fast internet for everyone. We enable anyone to buy 1 gig of data access at a time at a price they can afford. Sachetization of internet access is the foundation to rebuilding internet for all. We do this by leveraging crypto and blockchain to truly make internet infrastructure ownership distributed — our vision is to be connectivity layer for the Web3 world.

**Requirements & Responsibilities**

Strong design background preferably in Web & Mobile app space

Working knowledge of the capabilities and constraints of web front-end technologies

Collaborating with cross-functional peers (Product Managers, Business, Engineers) to understand user problems and business challenges and devising focused and elegantly designed solutions

Influencing across Design, from problem definition to asset delivery

Creating clean, modern, high converting, and intuitive user interfaces from wireframes to prototypes

Managing deliverables such as rapid prototyping, concept diagrams, user scenarios, wireframes, flows, experience maps, design patterns and annotated comps.

Team player who enjoys collaborative effort.

Customer-centric and passionate about working in a small & focused team

Previous experience building web3 project - DeFi / Blockchain infrastructure

Previous experience at a high-growth, fast-paced startup

**Interview process**

Two rounds

Round 1: 45 mins video call with one of our team members to discuss the opportunity & figure out mutual interest & compatibility.

Round 2: 30-60 min in person with founder(s) to jointly define your career roadmap at Wifi Dabba.
