**Role & responsibilities**
- Handling the procurement orders of the raw materials understanding of apparel industry is preferred
- Arranging materials as per planning
- Getting samples from suppliers for all raw materials or trading items.
- Handling of ARN after confirmation from various departments
- Prepare Purchase order and send it to supplier through mail.
- Discuss with supplier and get materials within requested dead line.
- Ensure to ARN is approved with standard SOP.
- Ensure to hand over materials to sales or production team.
- Approving the GRN and forward it to accounts team along with invoice/logistics documents.
- Co-ordinating with suppliers If any shortage/rejected materials to be returned to supplier and get replacement along with credit note.
- Arranging logistics for Incoming materials.
- Develop/sourcing new suppliers for trading items and raw materials.
- Maintaining performance report related to purchase/logistics.
