**What success looks like in this role**:

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Guide teams in Agile best practices, removing impediments and fostering a self-managing team culture.
- Utilize Azure DevOps for sprint tracking, task management, dashboard creation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and visible.
- Monitor team velocity and sprint progress through ADO dashboards and analytics.
- Assist in Azure DevOps configuration (process templates, queries, pipelines as relevant).
- Coach stakeholders and team members on Agile/Scrum values and continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely and consistent communication between developers, testers, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Support cross-functional coordination and dependency tracking across multiple teams if needed.
- Promote Agile metrics for team performance and delivery predictability using ADO insights.
- Organize and moderate all Scrum ceremonies:

- Daily Stand-ups
- Sprint Planning
- Sprint Reviews
- Sprint Retrospectives
- Ensure time-boxing and productive discussions during meetings.
- Support the development team by removing impediments.
- Foster a collaborative team environment.
- Encourage self-organization and cross-functionality.
- Ensure the team follows Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops.
- Maintain Scrum artifacts (e.g., Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Burndown Charts).
- Manage dependencies and coordinate with other teams or departments.
- Facilitate communication between the Scrum Team and external stakeholders.
- Ensure transparency of progress and challenges.
- Use data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
BE/BA/BS degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments.

Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps Boards, work item tracking, and sprint planning tools.

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I or higher.

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

Familiarity with CI/CD and Azure DevOps Pipelines is a plus.

Experience in a cloud-based development environment is preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience with Agile at scale (SAFe, LeSS).

Cloud Fundamentals

Technical background or experience with development/testing teams.
