GE Healthcare is looking for Staff Data & Information Architect who will be responsible for building and implementing the data ETL architecture for Finance and Treasury function data from data ingestion to consumption.

**Responsibilities**

In this role you will:

- Will be focusing on the design and build of business data and define overall data ingestion plan with the execution on the ingestion of data from source system.
- Data architecture and ETL design of data and dimensions in customer master, location, hierarchy, finance calendar, Currency, and multiple others to have unified master data approach for finance and treasury function.
- Leverage and reuse the data fabric and reduce data silos and duplication
- Manage the enterprise data catalog and lineage for master data
- Manage the data reconciliation and support audit on the process and products that uses master data.
- Work with the finance and treasury and dependent function that generates finance datasets to define the data flow, validation and UAT acceptance of the solution.
- Collate technical and functional requirements through workshops with stakeholders in focused domain area
- Translate business requirements to technical solutions leveraging strong business acumen
- Analyze current business practice, processes, and procedures as well as identifying future business opportunities for leveraging Data & Analytics solutions on various platforms
- Develop solution proposals that provide details of project scope, approach, deliverables, and project timeline
- Identify risks, assumptions, and develop pricing estimates for the Data & Analytics solutions
- Provide solution oversight to delivery architects and teams
- Work with the contract/vendor resources to deliver the solution and manage the technical resources work

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with minimum 8+ years of experience
- 5+ years of experience in Big Data, data warehouse, data analytics projects
- Deeper understanding of database architectures for storage and performance.
- Knowledge of working with data modelling tools
- Design complex Orchestration jobs
- Ability to create reporting / visualizations solutions
- Leads / works with DevOps team and optimize processes for focused areas to ensure stable Ops level.
- Understanding of DaaS, Data management tools / solutions
- Collate technical and functional requirements through workshops with stakeholders in focused domain area
- Translate business requirements to technical solutions leveraging strong business acumen
- Analyze current business practice, processes, and procedures as well as identifying future business opportunities for leveraging Data & Analytics solutions on various platforms
- Develop solution proposals that provide details of project scope, approach, deliverables, and project timeline
- Understanding and experience on finance and treasury function data and process in financial planning, Cash, Treasury, receivables, payables, sourcing, Payroll and T&L.
- In depth understanding of Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP, Redshift, S3) and experienced in integrating into traditional hosting/delivery models
- Understand and/or Experience in MPP DWH and in memory compute design
- Understanding and experience of on-prem DWH technology will be preferred (Teradata, etc.)
- Strong verbal & written communication

- Identifies the customer’s business and strategic needs, concerns, and desires for the value delivery capabilities of the Product
- Functional understanding of corporate finance, AR related processes and close the books business processes
- Ability to interact with Business stakeholders and solve business problems spanning across functions
