CNC Operator

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC machines including lathes, mills, and other related equipment.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to determine machining requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers and production personnel to select the appropriate tools, materials, and cutting speeds for each job.
- Write and modify CNC programs using G-code and other programming languages to accurately execute machining operations.
- Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the machining process to ensure proper operation and adherence to quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines, such as cleaning, tool changes, and replacing worn or damaged components.
- Conduct thorough inspections of finished parts to verify conformance to specifications and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the machining process, such as tool wear, programming errors, or machine malfunctions.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following company policies and procedures regarding safety guidelines and equipment operation.
- Keep accurate records of production activities, including materials used, machine settings, and production output.
- Continuously monitor and optimize machining processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by sharing insights and suggestions for enhancing production techniques and procedures.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant vocational training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages, particularly G-code.
- Familiarity with various CNC machinery and equipment, including setup and operation.
- Solid understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and materials.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machining operations.
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Adherence to safety protocols and practices.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
