Supervise all on-site packing operations.
- Ensure efficient manpower deployment as per project requirements.
- Monitor daily production and packaging targets, ensuring quality and timelines are met.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and operational SOPs.
- Maintain site documentation including daily reports, attendance, and incident logs.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure site efficiency and discipline.
- Resolve on-ground issues related to labor, material, and equipment.
- Report progress to senior management regularly.

**Stores Incharge Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Implement FIFO/LIFO inventory methods as per product type.
- Ensure timely material availability for uninterrupted operations.
- Verify stock levels and raise indents/reorders proactively.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for inventory replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials in the warehouse.
- Conduct regular stock audits and submit reports.
- Manage documentation like GRN, issue slips, stock registers, etc.
- Prevent pilferage, loss, and damage to materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the stores area.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Inventory and warehouse management expertise
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and inventory software (e.g., Tally, ERP)
- Knowledge of packing operations and materials handling
- Familiarity with safety norms and compliance standards

**Educational Qualification**:

- Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or any relevant field

**Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in contract packing / industrial stores management
- Prior experience in steel coil or plastic consumables packing preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
