Sthapatya Evaluators and Actuaries Pvt. Ltd., a reputed engineering and valuation consultancy, is seeking an experienced **IBBI Registered Valuer (Land & Building)** for our Bhubaneswar office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property, land, and building valuations as per IBBI norms
- Prepare detailed valuation reports and perform site inspections
- Coordinate with clients, banks, and institutions

**Requirements**:

- IBBI Registered Valuer - Land & Building
- 2-5 years of valuation experience
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture

**Compensation**: As per experience and industry standards
