**Job Title**: Academic Counselor
**Location**: Edappal, Kerala
**Salary**: Up to ₹18,000/month

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students and parents on academic programs, courses, and career options
- Provide accurate information about admission procedures, eligibility, and course structure
- Maintain up-to-date records of student interactions and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic departments for student support
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for student conversions
- Participate in seminars, workshops, and other promotional activities as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education or Psychology preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in academic counseling or a similar role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written)
