**Job Role**:
EnterpriseDB, the Enterprise PostgreSQL Company, is seeking engineer to join our development team. This position involves writing and maintaining backend database code for EnterpriseDB's Postgres Plus Advanced Server and PostgreSQL; reviewing and testing patches written by other team members, and assistance in resolving customer issues.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience.
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in the Computer Science discipline.
- At least 2 years of recent C/C++ programming experience.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of scripting language.
- Good knowledge of database internals, either with PostgreSQL or some other RDBMS.
- Previous involvement with the PostgreSQL community or another open source community is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Solid communication skills in English, both orally and in writing.
- Highest level of personal and professional integrity.
- Experienced in working with a global team.
