Telugu Dubbing Artists

We are seeking a skilled Telugu Voice Over Artist to join our team for full time/part time/freelancer and contribute to various dubbing and audio projects. As a Voice Over Artist, you will be responsible for providing clear and expressive voice recordings in Telugu for a variety of content.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) for a Dubbing Artist typically focus on various aspects of voice work, performance quality, collaboration, and technical proficiency.

1. **Voice Quality and Performance**
- **Clarity and articulation**: Ensuring clear and precise pronunciation for ease of understanding.
- **Voice modulation and versatility**: Ability to adjust voice pitch, tone, speed, and volume to fit different characters, emotions, and situations.
- **Emotional expression**: Ability to convey the appropriate emotions (anger, sadness, joy, etc.) through voice alone.
- **Consistency**: Maintaining consistent vocal qualities throughout the recording, especially for long projects.

2. **Lip-sync and Timing**
- **Accuracy in lip-syncing**: Ensuring the voice matches the character's lip movements, especially for animated and foreign-language dubbing.
- **Timing and pacing**: Adhering to the timing of the original dialogue and synchronizing the voice with the on-screen action or animation.

3. **Adaptation to Project Requirements**
- **Character portrayal**: Ability to adapt the voice to suit the characteristics and personality of various characters.
- **Adherence to script requirements**: Maintaining fidelity to the script, while adjusting performance based on the director’s feedback.
- **Voice type flexibility**: Capability to perform multiple characters with different age groups, genders, accents, etc.

4. **Technical Proficiency**
- **Understanding audio equipment**: Familiarity with microphone techniques and ensuring high-quality recordings.
- **Editing and processing**: Ability to use basic editing tools (if required) to correct or adjust recordings in some cases.
- **Recording environment**: Ability to perform in a studio or home recording environment with mínimal background noise and distortion.

5. **Adaptability and Learning**
- **Learning new accents or dialects**: Willingness to practice and perform in various accents or dialects as per project requirements.
- **Adapting to new genres and formats**: Flexibility to work in different genres like anime, cartoons, video games, films, etc.
- **Continuous skill development**: Regular practice and improvement of voice acting techniques and delivery.

6. **Punctuality and Time Management**
- **Meeting deadlines**: Ensuring that all recording sessions are completed on time and with the highest quality.
- **Session preparation**: Coming prepared to each session with necessary materials, scripts, and any required background research for the character(s).

7. **Professionalism**
- **Work ethic**: Maintaining a high standard of professionalism in both behavior and performance.
- **Confidentiality**: Respecting the confidentiality of scripts, characters, and upcoming releases.
- **Positive attitude**: Contributing positively to the work environment and being open to constructive criticism.

8. **Voice Health Maintenance**
- **Vocal care**: Taking care of one's vocal cords to avoid strain or damage, including staying hydrated and resting the voice when necessary.
- **Voice conditioning**: Regular vocal exercises to maintain voice quality and endurance for long recording sessions.

Note: The artist should be able to clean up their recording to give it as a production output and the production output should be given in the format mentioned.
