**Job Summary**:
The Quality Shift Incharge will oversee the quality control and assurance activities during assigned shifts at the Biscuits & Chocolate manufacturing plant in Jammu. The individual will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required quality and safety standards. This role requires close coordination with the production team to maintain and improve quality control processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Control Monitoring**:

- Conduct in-line quality checks, including weight, texture, moisture content, taste, and packaging integrity.
- Ensure the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and ISO standards during production.
- **Shift Management**:

- Ensure shift reports are maintained accurately, documenting product quality parameters and any deviations.
- **Inspection and Testing**:

- Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological tests on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
- Perform quality audits and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for improvement in the production and quality control processes to enhance overall product quality.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, and other applicable regulatory standards for food safety.
- Maintain all quality control records, such as inspection logs, test results, and non-conformance reports.
- **Training & Development**:

- Provide training to production and quality teams on quality standards and safety protocols.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate between production and quality teams.
- Proficient in using MS Office and quality management software.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
