**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Position**: Shifting incharge/Nursing In charge

**Reporting to**: N.S

**Span of control** 06

Shift - Rotational

**Specific Responsibilities**: 1. A planned Program for each day’s

Work

2. Beginning the day on time

3. Establishment of ward routines.

4. Use of democratic methods in establishment of ward policy

5. Provision of supplies & equipment for efficient work

6. Accurate records & full reports

7. Maintenance of suitable Environment.

**Specific Authorities / Privileges**:1. Well - planned assignment and well arranged time for personnel

**2.** Preventing interruptions.

**3.** Orientation of new staff members.

**4.** Good teaching and supervision

**Key Performance Indicators**:Patients complaints
90%

**External Interfaces**: Patients, Staff, Doctors and Nurses.

**EXPERIENCE PROFILE**

**Experience** 3- 5 years

**Formal Qualifications**: GNM, BSC - Nursing

**Technical Competencies**: Computer Knowledge

**Personal Attributes/ Skills**:Leadership Quality

Good communication skill

Sharing responsibilities

Taking ownership

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursing: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Nursing License (preferred)
