We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Field Collection Agents to join our team all over Kerala. Work location based on your current location. As a Field Collection Agent, you will be responsible for collecting overdue payments, negotiating payment plans, and resolving disputes with customers. Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and persuasive abilities will help you succeed in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect overdue payments from customers
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes
- Conduct field visits to customers' homes or businesses
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Meet and exceed collection targets
- Maintain accurate records and reports

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to handle confidential information

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
