**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, backtest, and deploy high-frequency trading strategies in **NSE/BSE markets.**:

- Analyze large datasets to identify market inefficiencies and trading opportunities.
- Optimize execution algorithms to minimize transaction costs and maximize profitability.
- Monitor and manage real-time trading performance, ensuring strategies are aligned with market conditions.
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers, developers, and other traders to enhance trading systems and strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the **Indian equity and derivatives space.**:

- Manage risk and ensure compliance with trading limits and firm-wide risk management policies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance.
- **Experience**: 2-10 years of experience in quantitative trading, algorithmic trading, or a related field.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling.
- Experience with backtesting frameworks and trading platforms.
- Familiarity with **NSE/BSE trading systems and market microstructure** is a plus.
