**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Electrical Panel Wiring Technician** with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in wiring and assembling electrical control panels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Assemble and wire control panels, enclosures, and junction boxes according to provided specifications.
- Perform point-to-point wiring, cable routing, and wire labeling.
- Terminate wires using appropriate tools (crimpers, strippers, screwdrivers, etc.).
- Mount and connect components such as relays, breakers, contactors, PLCs, terminal blocks, and switches.
- Ensure all wiring meets quality standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct basic testing of panel functions before delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
- Follow company safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in electrical panel wiring or control panel assembly.
- Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and electrical layouts.
- Basic knowledge of industrial electrical components.
- Familiarity with hand tools and electrical measurement tools (multimeter, continuity tester, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
