**Job Title**: English Language Teacher
**Location**: On-Site - Delhi NCR
**Experience**: 0 - 3 Years | **Age Limit**: No Bar

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension and writing.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback and maintain detailed student performance records.
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials to meet varying student needs.
- Participate in school activities, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programs.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into lessons.
- Manage classroom behavior in accordance with the institution's code of conduct.
- Encourage students to express themselves through writing, debates, and presentations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in English or a related field.
- B.Ed or equivalent teaching certification (preferred).
- Proven experience in teaching English at [mention level - primary/secondary/PU/college].
- Strong command of the English language - both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methods and educational tools.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
