**Responsibilities**
- Understand design briefs, determine the requirement and conceptualize the visuals.
- Design and deliver brand collaterals with variety of style for marketing, sales, training and development.
- Enhancing website by adding and improving designs and interactive features.
- Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations and websites with software such as photoshop & illustrator, balancing strong aesthetics with clear functionality.
- Communicate and collaborate with different teams to create coherent & consistent design elements.
- Develop and manage asset library for infographics, Motion-graphics, Pictographs, Icons, logos and other visualization material.
- Help drive the visual language, tone and style for building effective creatives
- Design brand experience by providing patterns and best practices on visuals.

**Skills**
- Possess superb communication, time-management and process-management skills. Creativity, passion & attention to detail are key.
- Have a great eye for detail along with strong understanding of colors, typography, layout and visual composition.
- Ability to work with GA management to understand requirements and design creatives that meet product needs and vision.
- Poses a grasp of Design principles and semiotics.
- Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
- Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends.
- Proficiency with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects

**Education**
- Proven design experience and skill requirements
- Solid understanding of Design principles

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
