**Job description:

- **
- Keep the office clean and organized, including cleaning common areas, Canteen area & office spaces.
- Assist staff with tasks such as making coffee/tea in the Afternoon, and giving water to staff 2-3 times a day.
- Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to visitors as required.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure that kitchen supplies are stocked and organized.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of office equipment.
- Ensure that all equipment is in working order and alert the office manager about any issues.
- Provide basic administrative support, such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Help with other clerical tasks as directed by office staff or managers.
- Assist with any other tasks as needed, depending on the office’s requirements, such as helping with event setup or minor repairs.
- Compulsory timing slot will be 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Working days will be Monday to Friday, 1st and 3rd Saturday will be off day.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,152.42 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Work Location: In person
