The AKR Company is seeking a driven and experienced **Sales Supervisor** to join our growing team. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing our expanding sales team, overseeing sales activities, and driving revenue growth through effective strategies and partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for increased market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and sales partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Train and coach the sales team to enhance their performance and understanding of our offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations and customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow the network of sales partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate a team and drive them toward achieving their targets.
- Analytical skills to monitor performance and adapt strategies as needed.
- Experience in B2B or wholesale industries is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
