SR. MANAGER-FINANCE

Location: Cochin.

Job Responsibilities:
Run the month end closing process and year end closing process to ensure that the management numbers are delivered on time with accuracy and understanding.

Monthly balance sheet reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with Accounting Standards and IND AS reporting.

Handled AS to IND AS convergence.

Bi weekly review and determine corrective actions for AR, AP, treasury and Inventory.

Ensure that all direct and indirect tax related compliance for the Company to ensure reporting is filed on time with accuracy. Prepare and manage a corporate filing tracker for the full year overview.

Manage the external and internal audits to deliver an accurate and quality set of financial statements with an unqualified audit opinion to the Board and Audit committee.

**Requirements**:
8-12 years of experience within accounting and controlling aspects,

Practical knowledge of AS, IND AS, Direct tax, Indirect tax, FEMA

Strong background in financial management with a thorough understanding of financial regulations

Be familiar with managing financial processes and risks for extensive field-based

Exceptional analytical and presentation

Exceptional communication skills

Fluency in English is a must.

Professional Accounting Qualification (ACA, ACCA or CPA)

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
