uties and Responsibilities:
- Greetings to all visitors/customers
- Transferring necessary calls and making inquiries directly to concerned department/person
- Managing office supplies like stationery, equipment, furniture, books and other office supplies
Performing administrative duties
- Maintaining office services as required (such as cleaners and maintenance companies)
- Assisting with mail as needed
- Taking and ensuring timely messages to the appropriate staff member
- Scheduled visit
Perform other tasks as assigned
- Tele-calling
Create, edit and update Excel sheets and use MS Office skills where required
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Design and maintenance of filing and storage system in office
Light accounting duties
