**Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
- **Accounts Management**:

- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Ensure timely invoicing and collections, maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Manage cash flow and working capital.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide training and support to team members in accounting practices and software.
- **Compliance and Audit**:

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
- **Financial Analysis**:

- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide insights on cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA, CPA or CMA preferred.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial management tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

- Office environment with standard working hours.
- May require occasional overtime during peak periods.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
