**Job Title: Designer**

In this role, you will be at the forefront of crafting impactful first impressions, creating unique visual identities, and delivering visually striking designs. As a proficient user of design tools, you will be responsible for ensuring that our designs, including logos and graphics, align seamlessly with brand visions and industry trends.

**Responsibilities**:
Logo and Visual Identity Design:

- Craft impactful first impressions by creating unique visual identities.
- Develop memorable logos that stand out and align with client visions.
- Utilize proficiency in design tools to ensure timeless and versatile logo designs.

Graphic Design:

- Bring creative flair to diverse projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital and print platforms.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.
- Stay current on design trends and integrate feedback effectively.
- Manage multiple projects and meetings efficiently.
- Assist colleagues with design-related queries.
- Support colleagues with design principles and stay at the forefront of industry trends.
- Contribute dynamic creativity and strategic design thinking.

Website Design & Testing:

- Create visually appealing and functional websites using the Wix platform.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and implement them into website projects.
- Conduct thorough testing of finished and ongoing websites designed on Wix Studio for functionality, usability, and performance.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Diploma in Graphics & Web Designs.
- Proven experience in logo design, graphic design, and website design using the Wix platform.
- Proficiency in design tools and software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful design work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Proficient in designing, translating creative concepts into visually compelling assets.
- Strong drawing skills to conceptualize and sketch ideas.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDraw for precise and professional graphic design work.
- Proficiency in PageMaker and Adobe InDesign for layout and print design.
- Adept in using Adobe After Effects for dynamic motion graphics.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing, ensuring a seamless visual experience.
- Expertise in Wix Studio and Wix Editor for creating visually appealing and functional websites.
- Proficient in using Canva for quick and effective online design solutions.
- Ability to creatively solve design challenges and contribute innovative ideas.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality and polished designs.
- Quick adaptation to evolving design trends and technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹7,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
