**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential customers by phone to promote our products/services
- Explain the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers
- Answer questions about products/services and pricing
- Obtain customer information and maintain a database of contacts
- Keep accurate records of calls and sales
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
