**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others to generate leads and improve performance.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Monitor trends and stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic rankings.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives/campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, SEO, and other digital marketing efforts.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEMrush.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Experience in managing digital marketing budgets and optimizing ROI.

**Preferred**:

- Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms.
- Previous experience working in a marketing agency or with multiple clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

- **Google Ads Certification** and/or **Google Analytics Certification**.

- **Experience with CRM platforms** (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for managing leads and tracking campaign performance.
- **Advanced SEO knowledge**, including experience with tools like SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
- **Experience with marketing automation platforms** (e.g., Marketo, Pardot).
- **Proficiency in A/B testing** and optimization tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).
- **Experience with content management systems** (CMS) such as WordPress or similar platforms.
- **Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS**, or other web development languages.
- **Experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing**.
- **Graphic design skills** or familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
