**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organize and participate in open houses, campus tours, and other events to promote the institution and its programs.
- Conduct interviews and assess the qualifications of applicants to determine their eligibility for admission.
- Maintain relationships with prospective students throughout the admission cycle, offering personalized support and guidance.
- Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to attract new students through online and offline marketing strategies.
- Assist students in understanding scholarship opportunities, financial aid options, and payment plans.
- Stay up-to-date with education industry trends, institutional policies, and admission best practices.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Customer service-oriented with a genuine interest in helping students achieve their educational goals.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Familiarity with educational programs, admission processes, and financial aid options.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and databases for managing student records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as an admission counselor or in student recruitment.
- Experience in educational counseling, career guidance, or academic advising.
- Knowledge of online and offline marketing strategies for student recruitment.

Pay: ₹10,762.80 - ₹25,104.83 per month
