**Roles and Responsibilities**

Prepare the critical presentation and any other material pertaining to the Bank’s management, Board of Directors
- and investors
- Managing the operating rhythm of GE-office to ensure that important items are closed in a timely manner and the
- GE time is spent in a judicious manner
- Interface with the Bharat Banking Leadership team to ensure that critical deliverables are responded in a timely

- Responding to the various requests pertaining to the business coming from internal and external stakeholders
