**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Contribute to the design and development of finance-related course materials and programs that are aligned with current industry trends and best practices.
- **Student Mentorship**: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, addressing their academic, career, and personal development needs.
- **Research & Scholarly Activity**: Engage in research in the field of finance, publishing research findings in reputed journals, presenting at conferences, and contributing to the academic community.
- **Industry Collaboration**: Facilitate industry interactions, internships, guest lectures, and workshops, to enhance students’ exposure to the practical aspects of finance.
- **Administrative Support**: Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and other academic and administrative activities as required by the department and institute.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field (MBA, M.Com, or equivalent). A Ph.D. or pursuing Ph.D. will be an advantage.
- Additional certifications in finance (e.g., CFA, FRM, etc.) will be considered a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Experience in industry (banking, finance, or related sectors) is desirable but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in the use of educational technology and online learning tools.
- Ability to design and develop course content and learning materials.
