Machine operation: Loading PCBs into automated machines like pick-and-place machines, solder ovens, and wave soldering machines, setting parameters, and monitoring operations to ensure consistent quality. Component placement: Manually placing small electronic components onto PCBs according to detailed work instructions and blueprints, using tools like tweezers and microscopes. Soldering: Hand soldering components to PCBs using soldering irons or automated soldering equipment, ensuring proper solder joints. Quality control: Inspecting assembled PCBs for defects like missing components, incorrect placement, poor solder joints, and reporting any issues to quality control personnel. Material handling: Managing component inventory, ensuring accurate component selection, and maintaining proper storage conditions. Basic troubleshooting: Identifying and addressing minor machine malfunctions or assembly errors. Documentation: Maintaining production logs, recording data related to quality checks, and documenting any issues encountered.

Pay: ₹12,529.00 - ₹14,964.54 per month
