**Job Summary**
We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented **Receptionist cum Counsellor** to join our team at TSO - Computer & Spoken English Institute. The role involves handling front-desk operations, attending to walk-in students/visitors, providing course information, counselling prospective students, and maintaining records.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents at the front desk.
- Counsel prospective students on computer and spoken English courses, understanding their needs and guiding them towards suitable programs.
- Maintain student enquiry records and follow up for conversions.
- Assist in admission formalities including registration, fee collection, and documentation.
- Coordinate with faculty and management for class scheduling and student support.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the front office and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks and reporting.
**Requirements**:
- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
- Experience: Fresher or Experienced (training will be provided to freshers).
- Good communication skills in **English and Hindi**.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle enquiries and counsel students effectively.
