**Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management, utilizing effective sales techniques and strategies.

**Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale, addressing any customer inquiries, concerns, or issues.

**Visual Merchandising**: Ensure that the products are well-presented and visually appealing, adhering to the company's merchandising standards.

**Inventory Management**: Monitor and report product inventory levels, ensuring that the store is adequately stocked to meet customer demand.

**Market Trends**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to provide valuable feedback to the management.

**Promotional Activities**: Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and product launches to maximize visibility and drive sales.

**Sales Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,533.06 - ₹15,000.00 per month
